Can I make requests or Updates?

Will my quote expire?

• Quotes include special prices expiring on specific dates/times. If deposits are not made prior to the expirydate/time, a quote reconfirmation will be required.

• Deposits must be made at the time of booking to block seats / rooms

• Rooming lists of the groups will be accepted including:

• LastName, First Name, Middle Name, Gender, Title, Date of Birth

• Once hotel and flight bookings are completed you will get a Flight and Hotel Manifest to double-check all passengers’details above described, confirming or suggesting modifications or correcting any typographical errors.
